Céline Dion says she remains focused on her health and her return to performing while continuing treatment for stiff-person syndrome.

In a recent interview, the singer described the work involved in managing the rare neurological condition, which can cause severe muscle stiffness and painful spasms. Dion said she continues physical rehabilitation and training as she works to regain strength and control.

Her routine has included physical therapy, Pilates and ballet, part of an ongoing effort to prepare her body for the demands of performing. Dion has previously spoken about experiencing symptoms for years before receiving a diagnosis.

The singer has gradually returned to public appearances after stepping away from touring because of her health. One of her most notable recent performances came during the opening ceremony of the 2024 Paris Olympics, where she sang from the Eiffel Tower.

Dion has continued to emphasize her commitment to treatment while keeping music and live performance as important parts of her recovery and professional life.
